Do I get to drive, or just sit in the passenger seat?
For our Intense Half Day and Ultimate Full Day rally driving experiences, you get behind the wheel driving the cars and we sit alongside coaching you. The grand finale is a hot lap in the co-driver's seat when we take you for a spin.
Do I need a manual driver's license?
No you don't. You must be able to competently drive a manual car however you don't even need a driver's license at all!
Where are you located?
Our Venue is in Dowerin, approx 1.5 hours Northeast of Perth in picturesque WA Wheatbelt. Directions are sent to participants with the paperwork for each Rally Experience approx 5 days before their booking.
How many driving?
We take just 5 drivers per car. That means that at any Rally Driving Experience, only 5 people will take turns driving in each car throughout the session. The low numbers means more seat time for participants and less waiting between drives.
Can friends and family attend?
Absolutely! We have an enclosed, under cover viewing area set up so friends and family can watch, take photos or video. Often after watching the participants have a ball in the cars, friends and family want to have a hot lap themselves.
Is there a height and weight limit?
Yes, we have set a height restriction of 193cm and a weight restriction of 130kg. We have had people who are are taller or heavier so if you're not sure, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist. You can check out our T&C's here
What is your minimum age?
We can take drivers from as young as 14 years old, however they must be able to competently drive a manual car.
Do I drive on only one track?
We use several different dirt tracks. They are the longest Rally driving experience tracks in Perth (and probably Australia). The roads vary in length and difficulty and our rally stage is nearly 3km long.
How do I book?
You can book online by either picking a session date from the calendar or selecting a voucher. Confirmations and vouchers are emailed directly to the purchaser. You can also nominate to email directly to the lucky recipient too. Alternatively, you can book over the phone during normal business hours.
When do you run Rally Driving Experiences?
Generally we run monthly on weekends between March and November. You can find dates listed in the booking calendar for each Rally Experience. Week days are usually reserved for Corporate Events and Group Bookings. Our calendar is set around our own Rally Championship schedule and the weather. During the hot summer months DFES and the shire often impose total vehicle movement bans which may prevent us from running.
